I absolutely love this:




Its absolutely beautiful. It makes the table look so elegant, and its sooo easy to do!
Of course, I found it on the Shabby Chic Blog. I cant get enough of her stuff! She has superb taste.

You can even do this same idea with curtains. like instead of a curtain valance, you could make a short curtain that looks like its being pulled up too.
