Things I want in a home

Here is a list of things I want in my home.
I really hope that my first house is my last house. I would love to find something old, and totally restore it to my liking, and live there the rest of my life!

I want:

An Older Home
I want an antebellum house. Size doesn't necessarily matter- it doesn't have to be HUGE, but of course Id like a big enough home to have children, and grow into!

A Porch
It doesn't have to wrap around, but I want it to be like another living space. I don't mind if its an inclosed screen porch, just as long as there is enough space for seating, and a swing!

I think this is a beautiful porch!

Also, A beautiful screen door

Floors
I want beautiful Dark Wood Floors.


And I want one room at least (a bathroom, or hallway) to be painted checkered board.


Kitchen
As far as the kitchen goes, I would love to have vintage appliances.

I love this kitchen, I love the cabinetry, the pretty deep sink...!
