Emma found my old engagement ring from her father :(
I had it in my dresser, my safe is broken, and I'm getting a new one here soon. Anyways- She was looking for socks and found it. She brought it over to me and gave it to me, saying, "Mommy I have a present for you"
My heart stopped.
I haven't seen it, or wore it for years. I've had it in a little box. She had no idea what it symbolized, but it felt like a kick to the stomach just seeing it. I took it out, and looked at it- here is a pic.
So sad..
