Awkward Day

Today was one of those strange days.. Snow is melting off the ground, pavements are slippery, and slushy... just gross. Woke up early, took a nap, waking up feeling groggy. Didn't really do much of anything. Cleaned, but Emma got her toys out and made it alittle cluttered. I took my vitamins this morning (on an empty stomach like an idiot) and threw up. Yes, TMI, but whatever. It was awful, since I had nothing in my stomach I was basically dry heaving, hardly anything came up. GROSS!

I also received some much anticipated packages... new clothes, shoes, etc. I have to take back the shoes (they are too big) and the two of the shirts becuase I DESPISE the material... They look cheap. Grrrreat.

I had to teach tonight (preschool Church school) I got all the papers together, printed them out, got my candy canes, etc. and when I got to class I was like,"uh.. these 3 and 4 yr olds AREN'T going to understand this". Describing Jesus' suffering on the cross, and that the red stands for blood might creep the kids out. I briefly went over the meaning of Candy Canes, and then we colored, sang, talked about Jesus' Birthday.

Today was just one of those days.
