I have been working out, and recently have been trying to incorporate alittle bit of yoga in my exercise regime. I do it usually when I am stretching, etc. I used to do pilates, which is very similar.
Anyways- I am going to get some books on yoga, and hopefully be able to incorporate even more of it when I exercise!
