One of my most favorite things to eat is a fried tenderloin sandwich. Yum yum yum. I never realized how easy it was to make them; and how yummy a homemade one could taste!
Also -in KC I would pay easily $8.50-$9 for one. Making them at home cost less than that and I made 5!

Here's what you need:
Saltines
Eggs
Paprika
Garlic powder (I used soul food seasoning)
Center cut cubed pork tenderloins
Crush saltines - add seasonings. Dip in egg, then dry ingredients- fry in peanut or vegetable oil
