One of the reasons why I don't mind when people return things

Because I get them!

At work, when a product is returned, it can no longer go back on the shelves... so if its slightly used, or a product that ISN'T a styling tool, its called "Spiff"

Which means 1. We can use it as "incentives" for our employees (if they are doing their job well, we will reward them with free stuff) or 2. We get to keep it!!!

I just got a liter of my FAVORITE shampoo today! Score ;)
