Lettuce Wraps

Tonight for dinner we had turkey lettuce wraps.

They were so good- Even Emma loved them!

I love these. They are little dragon flies that go on your wall. I am probably going to put them in my entry way.

Dragonflies mean alot to me. They have for a few years. I feel as though they watch over me, and bring be good luck. I love anything with dragonflies.

Fresh.

I love fresh vegetables, and fruit. Especially with these 60 degree days. It reminds me summer isn't too far away...

We have hummus too. Yummm

I am getting ready to boil some eggs so I have have a salad with some protein ;)

Its been awhile...

I have been so busy that I haven't had any time to blog :(

Here is a quick update.

Valentine's day was great! I got flowers, perfume, chocolate dipped cookies, and chocolate dipped strawberries. I guess being single during a lovers holiday isn't so bad!

Emma got this, and a wedding Barbie. :)

For dinner we stayed in, and watched movies and ate spaghetti !

Since the colts lost..

I owed some friends dinner- on me.

I didn't complain too much- We got to go to my favorite place...

And drink my FAVORITE Mango Margaritas.Heaven.
