After watching a few episodes I am completely in love with the clothes in The Gossip Girl.
Whoever is in charge of wardrobe does an amazing job. I totally dig all their styles.

This show is very Cruel Intentions meets Sex and the City

Emma is Starting Preschool!

Yes, we are going in tomorrow to check it out!

Its a preschool from 8-12, and I swear I will bawl my eyes out her first day!

We are going to check it out tomorrow, and I think I am going to start taking her right after we get back at florida.

but really I know its good for her, but omg... what am I going to do without my baby?!?!?!!!

So last year during the Victoria's Secret Semi Annual sale I bought probably 100 pairs of underwear, not even exaggerating. Well, between moving and everything I swear I am down to 20 pairs of underwear!

Yummy Tiramisu!

I am definitely making this sometime this week, or when I get home from vacation. My family LOVES Tiramisu !

(Makes 4-5 Servings)

Ingredients

• GODIVA LIQUEUR, 5 ounces divided (3+2)
• ESPRESSO OR STRONG BLACK COFFEE, 1/2 cup
• LADYFINGERS, 16 to 20
• MASCARPONE, 1 pound
• EGGS, 2, separated
• CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR, 1/3 cup
• DARK CHOCOLATE, 3 to 4 ounces, grated

Directions

1. Mix 3 ounces of Godiva Liqueur with coffee, and set aside.
2. For each serving, trim 4 ladyfingers to fit along the sides and bottom of a 1-cup souffle dish.
3. Pour 1 ounce of the reserved coffee into each souffle dish and set aside.
4. Beat together the mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, sugar and remaining 2 ounces of Godiva Liqueur until smooth
5. Whip the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the cheese.
6. Divide the filling evenly among the souffle dishes.
7. Sprinkle with chocolate and refrigerate overnight.

I just watched an episode for the first time, and I have to say, I love it. I cant find the episodes ANYWHERE online. booooo

I thought tonight's show was alright. The characters are alittle young, but I thought it was good. I will definitely watch next weeks show :)

Sex and the Single Girl

This is an AMAZING book.
Before Sex and the City, there was Sex and the Single Girl.
Its a great book for single men and it is very empowering.
Definitely check it out if you haven't yet. It was written in 1962 and re-issued this year.
I love it love it love it LOVE IT!
