Today's workout went GREAT. I had some time on my hands. All during Grey's Anatomy I stretched, probably like 40 minutes, which made me feel GREAT! Then afterward, I did some yoga- then some dancing- then stretched it out again.
My back has been feeling way better than it usually does, I have definitely felt a boost of energy from stretching and yoga alone. It feels great.
Tomorrow I am going to wakeup early, stretch, maybe go for a light jog and then finish with yoga. I am hoping to lose five more lbs by next weekend. *fingerscrossed*
